under Windows in the registry.
No information about the work center ID could be found in the registry.

The function was canceled.

How to fix this error?

You must maintain your SAPphone work center settings. These settings
can only be entered on the terminal to which they apply, because the
work center ID is saved on the local terminal during processing. You
must therefore have the required authorization to maintain the registry
entries for SAPphone on the local terminal.
