The TAPI function lineMakeCall has been canceled due to an error. The
error code can be found in the error message as a hexadecimal number.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

There are a number of possible causes:
invalid or blocked telephone number, insufficient disk capacity for an
additional call, etc.
In certain cases, the problem may only be temporary and a subsequent
attempt will be successful.

0x8000004B - no free line available, terminate all current calls
