could not be determined. This can occur as a result of incorrect
modeling or the current status of the organization model.

The workflow system creates a missed deadline work item without a
recipient.

How to fix this error?

You can find the work item by using the transaction
<DS:TRAN.SWI2_ADM1>work items without agents</> and assign it
recipients.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
