What causes this issue?

This is a multi-tenant SAP system and the current SAP client is not a
system client.
For this it is not possible to change any ICF settings belonging to SAP
clients different to the current one.

System Response

The attempt to switch the change mode is cancelled.

How to fix this error?

If you want to change settings belonging to other SAP clients, you
either have to login to a system client (e.g. client 000) or into the
specific client to perform such a change.

If required login to a different SAP client.
