Do not use anonymous data for the authentication level 'Basic';
you must log on with a client certificate (SSL) for the
authentication level 'Strong'.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

<DS:TRAN.SICF>SICF</> to adjust the ICF settings to the Web Service
definition. If your ICF settings already satisfy the security
requirements of this system, then no further action is required.
