What causes this issue?

Multiple addresses are assigned to the Web Service for the transport
protocol &V1&, but only one address is allowed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete the release of the Web Service, and release it again.
