The Web Service Reliable Messaging (WS RM) couldn't process the current
message within the Update Task because the Update Task is still not yet
started.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
This is not an inconsistent message but it shows an Update Task
processing problem. Run transaction SM13 to check the status of the
Update Task.
Once the Update Task is started, this message will be processed as
usual.
To cancel one or more messages of this kind just mark the according
entries and click "Cancel Messages".
