    The Workload Statistics function has been switched off by profile
    parameter "&V1&". Consequently, the SQL Monitor is tracing SQL operation
    statistics in the system without any runtime consumption data. In order
    to enable runtime consumption statistics in the SQL Monitor, please
    contact your system administrator and set profile parameter "&V1&" to
    ?1? using transaction ?RZ11?.
