manufacturers and their printer models are currently empty. Probably the
wizard has never been used until now.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
1. Open Note 1036961
2. Read the note carefully.
3. Download the ZIP file attached to the note and unzip it.
4. Upload the unzipped file (an xml file) by clicking the upload icon
(Update Printer Information) on the main screen.
