What causes this issue?

At the language selection screen you chose at least one Non-Latin-1
language. With the selected Device Type it is possible to print those
languages. But the Device Type may require a special printer which is
able to print Non-Latin-1 characters by itself.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
