What causes this issue?

The device type of a printer was changed. There are print tickets
(presettings for print options for non-interactive printing) for the
printer.

System Response

Since the new device type does not support any print options, the print
tickets are deleted when you save the printer.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
