What causes this issue?

A database runtime table must be maintained in the model data for every
relationship type.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can enter the runtime table for every relationship type in the
maintenance dialog for the relationship types. The Object Relationship
Service uses this to store the relationship of the relevant type there.
