The fax number was entered in an incorrect format.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You have the following options:
Delete the fax number, select the function <LB>Fax recipient</> and
make the appropriate entries in the subsequent screen.
Enter the fax number in the following format on the send screen:
<COUNTRY><Number> where <COUNTRY> is an identication code for the
international dialing code with a maximum of 3 characters.
