What causes this issue?

The administrator has incorrectly maintained the authorization to send
to this number of recipients. For example, the range may have been
specified, but the numbers entered right-aligned or instead of a range,
only one number may have been entered.

System Response

At the time of sending the authorization is not recognized.

How to fix this error?

Notify your administrator, who must maintain the fields as in their F1
help.
