What causes this issue?

An SAP user was created. The SAP<ZK>office</> user is generally also
created when the SAP user is created.
The message can also be displayed when the SAP<ZK>office</>
administrator has created an Office user.

System Response

The system has seen that you do not yet have a SAP<ZK>office</> user
and has created an Office user for you.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
