What causes this issue?

The analysis of the datasets in your system for the conversion of
address tables during the 4.0 upgrade requires a longer runtime than
normal.

System Response

Since this conversion must take place during the system's 'dead time'
it can contribute to a significant increase in the duration.

How to fix this error?

If you are making the conversion from Release status 3.X (3.0 or 3.1)
then you can execute a large part of the conversion before the upgrade
without causing inconsistencies. This significantly reduces the runtime
of the address table conversion during the 'dead time' of the upgrade.

You cannot reduce the runtime of the data conversion if you are
executing the upgrade from a Release status 2.2x.

error message is output.
