System Response

The deactivation may cause data inconsistencies from a Portuguese legal
point of view that cannot be repaired to fulfill the Portuguese laws for
tax reporting (SAF-T).
The system prevents the deletion of the sales organizations in foreign
company codes.

How to fix this error?

You must not deactivate the sales organization in foreign company code.
