  • What causes this issue?

    The system started the generation of digital signatures for the foreign
    company code that you are trying to deactivate. Documents with digital
    signatures exist in the document database.

    System Response

    The deactivation may cause data inconsistencies from a Portuguese legal
    point of view that cannot be repaired to fulfill the Portuguese laws for
    tax reporting (SAF-T).
    The system prevents the deletion of the foreign company code.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
