    When a signature is executed, the system copies the signatory name from
    the user master record to the signed document. However, the name has
    not been maintained completely in your user master record and for this
    reason, you cannot execute the signature.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
