Message text: The private list of values does not fulfill the selection condition &
You created a personal possible entries list for this screen field or
table field which would also be displayed with F4 possible entries.
However, the entries contained in the personal list do not meet the
generic search requirement.
Instead of the personal possible entries list, the number of hits for
the values which meet the search requirement is displayed. This is
limited, if necessary, to the first 100 entries.
To get the personal possible entries list, please remove the generic
search requirement (the character "*") from the input string.

- The private list of values does not fulfill the selection condition & ?The SAP error message SH033, which states "The private list of values does not fulfill the selection condition," typically occurs when you are trying to use a private list of values (also known as a "private value list" or "user-specific value list") in a selection screen or a report, and the values in that list do not meet the criteria specified in the selection conditions.
Cause:
- Incompatible Selection Criteria: The values in your private list do not match the selection criteria defined in the report or transaction. For example, if the selection condition requires a specific range or set of values that are not present in your private list, this error will occur.
- Empty Private List: If the private list is empty or does not contain any values that meet the selection criteria, this error will also be triggered.
- User-Specific Settings: The private list is user-specific, meaning that it may not contain the same values as the global list of values, leading to discrepancies.
Solution:
- Check Selection Criteria: Review the selection criteria you are using in the report or transaction. Ensure that the values in your private list can satisfy these criteria.
- Update Private List: If necessary, update your private list of values to include the required values that meet the selection conditions. You can do this by accessing the list of values and adding or modifying entries.
- Use Global List: If the private list is not essential, consider using the global list of values instead, which may contain the necessary entries.
- Clear Private List: If the private list is not needed, you can clear it or reset it to ensure that it does not interfere with your selection criteria.
- Consult Documentation: If you are unsure about the selection criteria or how to modify your private list, consult the SAP documentation or reach out to your SAP support team for assistance.
