  • What causes this issue?

    When accessing the secure storage, the system detected that the global
    key does not match the key with which the entry was created.

    System Response

    It is no longer possible to rread entries that were created with the old
    global key.

    How to fix this error?

    Contact your system administrator.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The global key is configured using the profile parameter
    <NP>rsec/securestorage/keyfile</>. This message means that the content
    of this file has been changed since the entry was created, or that the
    system has been reconfigured to use the standard key (this is used if
    the profile parameter is not set).
    You can migrate the entries created with the old global key in
    transaction <DS:TRAN.SECSTORE>SECSTORE</>. To do this, you need to know
    the old global key.
    Alternatively, you can branch from transaction SECSTORE to the
    maintenance transaction responsible for the entry (if this is supported
    by the responsible application) and recreate the entry there.
