    This error occurs under the following circumstances:
    A program is attempting to access the secure storage and there are also
    database table entries that should allow this process (tables RSECACHK
    and RSECACTB). However, the checksum is not correct.
    A data record is to be read that contains a larger quantity of data
    than can be processed.
    Both types of error indicate manipulation of the database tables of
    the secure storage.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
