BC Set &V3& contains texts in the language '&V1&' (&V2&), which is not
selected in the current user or system BC Set settings.
When you save the BC Set, the texts in the language '&V1&' (&V2&) are
lost. When you activate the BC Set, this language is not activated.
If you want texts in this language to be removed form the BC Set when
you save it, you do not need to take any action. If you do not want
this, change the user or system BC Set language settings.

You can change the user language selection in the BC Set maintenance
transaction SCPR3 under 'Utilities' -> 'User Settings'.
You can change the system-wide BC Set language selection in the BC Set
maintenance transaction SCPR3 under 'Utilities' -> 'System Settings',
but you need special authorization.
