Message text: User language &1 (&2) is not in BC Set &3
BC Set &V3& contains no texts in language '&V1&' (&V2&), which is
selected in the current user or system BC Set settings.
When you save the BC Set, the languages are adjusted according to the
user settings, i.e. texts in language '&V1&' (&V2&) are read from the
database tables.
If you want the language '&V1&' (&V2&) to be put in the BC Set when it
is saved, you do not need to take any action. If you do not want to read
texts in this language, deselect it in the user or system BC Set
settings.

You can change the user language selection in the BC Set maintenance
transaction SCPR3 under 'Utilities' -> 'User Settings'.
You can change the system-wide language selection for BC Sets in the BC
Set maintenance transaction SCPR3 under 'Utilities' -> 'System
Settings', but you need special authorization.
