What causes this issue?

Forbidden/redundant data records have been removed from the BC Set.
This could be because:
The BC Set was created in an SAP system, and contains data records in
the protected customer namespace
Das BC Set contains generic data records, which are either not allowed
in BC Sets (classic BC Sets), or which conflict with other generic
entries (Switch BC Sets)

System Response

Removing the data records prevents inconsistencies in the BC Set, i.e.
either only redundant or forbidden data records are removed from the BC
Set.

How to fix this error?

Save the BC Set to remove the forbidden/redundant data records from the
BC Set.
