What causes this issue?

An action was performed (e.g. activation of BC Sets) in which
activation links of BC Sets were to be written into a transport. This
data was not put in the transport (e.g. because an invalid transport
number was specified).

System Response

The activation link data is not transported into subsequent systems.

How to fix this error?

You can repeat the action. Use valid transport numbers. If the error
occurs again, inform your Administrator or SAP.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
