Procedure for System Administrators

This error can occur if a service provider defined by the customer is
used instead of the service provider delivered by
SAP for records, and if the reference to the relevant service provider
for templates has not been maintained
in the definition of the customer's service provider.
In the <DS:SIMG.SCMG_REGISTRY>registry</>, maintain a reference to
a relevant service provider for templates (records modeler for records
service provider, for example).
