What causes this issue?

The policies being imported already exist in the system.

System Response

The policies are not imported. You can reselect them for importing in a
second step.

How to fix this error?

If you want to import an existing, live policy, enter a new policy
origin.
If you want to import an existing, non-live policy, select a new policy
origin or choose <LS>Add Rules</> if you want to attach the rules to an
existing policy.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
