What causes this issue?

Archiving run &v1& either contains no data objects with a legal hold or
not all archive files have been saved for the archiving run.

System Response

No data objects with legal holds will be extracted in the archiving run.

How to fix this error?

Chec if one of the archive files in the run contains at least one data
object with legal hold. If this is the case, check that all files for
the run have been stored in a WebDAV repository.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
