    The raw data material for analysis of your external data is a
    sequential dataset with statistics records. During the first analysis
    of raw data, the performance data base notes the first record of the
    statistics file.
    During reanalysis of the data, this record could not be found. The file
    was changed, e.g. overwritten with new data.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
