corresponding report name is stored in the user parameters.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

For your user name, store parameter 'BDS_REPORT' with a valid report
name for report type 'Value-at-Risk' (saved result), for example SAP's
standard report 0VARDB, in the parameter settings for user maintenance.
Note that the parameter values in the user master data are
case-sensitive.
