- Check Process Chain: Review the process chain that is responsible for loading data from the PSA to the target InfoProvider. Ensure that all steps are correctly configured and executed.
- Data Quality Check: Inspect the data in the PSA for any inconsistencies or missing values. You can use transaction codes like RSA1 (Data Warehousing Workbench) to analyze the data.
- Reprocess Data: If the data is valid, you can manually reprocess the records in the PSA. This can be done using transaction code RSA3 to extract data or using the relevant data load process.
- Delete and Reload: If the data is corrupt or invalid, consider deleting the records from the PSA and reloading the data from the source system.
- Check for Locks: Use transaction SM12 to check for any locks on the data that might be preventing processing. If locks are found, you may need to release them.
