RSM2032
- Data not arrived in either PSA or InfoCube ?The SAP error message RSM2032, which states "Data not arrived in either PSA or InfoCube," typically occurs in the context of data extraction and loading processes in SAP BW (Business Warehouse). This error indicates that the data you are trying to load has not been successfully transferred to either the Persistent Staging Area (PSA) or the InfoCube.
Causes:
- Data Source Issues: The data source from which you are trying to extract data may not be configured correctly or may not be available.
- Extraction Errors: There may be issues during the extraction process, such as connection problems, authorization issues, or incorrect extraction logic.
- Transformation Errors: If there are transformations defined in the data flow, errors in these transformations can prevent data from being loaded.
- Load Process Issues: The data load process may have failed due to various reasons, such as incorrect settings in the InfoPackage or issues with the data itself.
- Data Quality Issues: If the data being extracted does not meet the required quality standards (e.g., missing mandatory fields), it may be rejected during the load process.
Solutions:
- Check Data Source Configuration: Ensure that the data source is correctly configured and that it is active. Verify that the source system is reachable.
- Review Extraction Logs: Check the extraction logs for any errors or warnings that may indicate what went wrong during the extraction process.
- Validate InfoPackage Settings: Ensure that the InfoPackage settings are correct, including the selection criteria and the target InfoProvider.
- Monitor Transformation Rules: If transformations are involved, review the transformation rules to ensure they are correctly defined and that there are no errors.
- Check PSA: Look into the PSA to see if any data has been loaded there. If data is present in the PSA but not in the InfoCube, the issue may lie in the data transfer from PSA to the InfoCube.
- Data Quality Checks: Perform data quality checks to ensure that the data being extracted meets the necessary criteria for loading into the InfoCube.
- Re-run the Load Process: After addressing any identified issues, re-run the data load process to see if the problem persists.
