What causes this issue?

You can only create multiple assignments at once if none of the selected
resources has been assigned to the request yet.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To create multiple assignments at once, deselect the resources that are
already assigned to the request.
<ZH>Note</>: If you want to change existing assignments, you must do so
for each resource individually. To change an assignment, go to the
<LS>Project Team</> tab or open the resource details and go to the
<LS>Assignments</> tab.
