Message text: Hierarchy &1 cannot be changed due to an active filter
You tried to use hierarchy &V1& for InfoObject &V2&. However, there is
an active filter for this InfoObject that references another hierarchy
(&V3&). Only one hierarchy can be used per query. In other words, the
hierarchy in the InfoObject has to be the same as the hierarchy in the
active filters.
The hierarchy was not used.
Deactivate the filter referencing &V3& and activate the hierarchy
again.

Identify Active Filters: Determine where the active filter is being applied. This could be in a query, report, or during data processing. Check if there are any filters set in the query designer or in the report settings.
Remove or Deactivate Filters: Once you identify the active filter, you can either remove it or deactivate it temporarily. This will allow you to make changes to the hierarchy.
Modify the Hierarchy: After removing the filter, attempt to make the necessary changes to the hierarchy again.
Reapply Filters: Once you have made the changes to the hierarchy, you can reapply the filters if needed.
Check for Locks: In some cases, there may be locks on the hierarchy due to other users or processes. Ensure that no other users are currently working with the hierarchy.
