  • What causes this issue?

    You tried to create or activate a filter for InfoObject &V1&. For this
    InfoObject, the presentation hierarchy &V2& is activated. Only one
    hierarchy per InfoObject can be used for each query. In other words,
    the hierarchy for the InfoObject has to be the same as the hierarchy in
    the active filters.

    System Response

    The filter was not created or activated.

    How to fix this error?

    Deactivate hierarchy &V2& for InfoObject &V1& and try to create or
    activate the filter again.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
