Search for this element type in Records Management Registry
(transaction SRMREGEDIT)
Open the service provider which the element type belongs to and switch
to tab page <LS>Class Roles</>.
Find out which class the
IS_SP_CONTENT_CONNECTION_CLASS class role fulfils.
Check whether this class fulfils interface IF_RMPS_CASE.
Replace this class with a suitable class.
