What causes this issue?

The reporting point posting you selected cannot be reversed.

System Response

Reporting point postings cannot be reversed
if they lie outwith the posting periods (current and previous period)
if the posting to be reversed is itself a reverse posting
if changes have since been made in the routing, which make a reversal
impossible.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
