    You have unchecked the checkbox for <LS>State Monument </>or <LS>Care
    Home</> and this removes that additional data from the rental object,
    but you must close the open-ended time intervals for the characteristics
    manually or they will still be included in rent adjustment calculations.
    If you later re-select the checkboxes, then you must reopen the time
    intervals according to your specific requirements.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Go to the <LS>Fixtures/Fittings</> tab of the rental object.
    Specify a <LS>Valid To</> date for any open-ended time intervals for the
    characteristics <LS>State Monument</> or <LS>Care Home</>.
