Characteristic &V3& has been inserted by characteristic &V1&. In this
grouping, characteristics &V2& must also be coupled to characteristic
&V3&, which is, however, not the case.

System Response

Characteristic &V1& can not be activated.

How to fix this error?

Firstly include characteristic &V3& in the compunding of characteristic
&V2& before you activate the characteristic &V1&.
