    Cause: User Locking: The user (User &1) may have been explicitly locked by another user (User &2) or by an automated process due to multiple failed login attempts or security policies. Authorization Issues: The user may not have the necessary authorizations to perform the action they are attempting, leading to a block. System Configuration: Certain configurations in the SAP system may lead to user blocks based on specific criteria or rules set by the organization.
    Solution: Unlock the User: The administrator (User &2) can unlock User &1 using transaction code SU01 (User Maintenance). Navigate to the "Lock/Unlock" tab and unlock the user
