    The rebuild of the QMIS statistics causes a global block of the
    notification file. Therefore, while this program is running, no other
    postings can be carried out for quality management or plant maintenance
    notifications.

    Large quantities of data can be posted during a run of this program.
    This may affect the performance of the system. For this reason,
    it is advisable to start the program as a background job.
