  • What causes this issue?

    You have added new items when defects recording was accessing the
    notification dialog. When you returned to defects recording, these
    newly created items were supplemented with the reference objects from
    the inspection lot.

    System Response

    Depending on which defects recording level you are on, the following
    reference objects from the inspection lot are supplemented in the item
    record:
    Operation, inspection characteristic, material sample, inspection point,
    report type, work center, inspector, and so on.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
