Message text: Internal error when creating defect record
Creation of an automatic defect for the inspection characteristic was
canceled because a defect code and code group could not be determined
for the rejected characteristic.
No defect record was created.
To analyze the problem, create a defect for the characteristic manually.
Use the <LS>Record Defect</> app to record a defect of category
<LS>Generic Defect</>. As this manually created defect record is not
automatically linked to the inspection characteristic, you may want to
add this reference manually as well.
Also check the default defect code and code group maintained for the
inspection characteristic in case of rejection.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
