    How to fix this error?

    Request the relevant authorization (S_ARCH_DISP or S_ARCH_ALL) from the
    system management.
    S_ARCH_DISP:
    Reading and reporting of archive information structure data.
    Display authorization in archive information structure management.
    S_ARCH_ALL
    Fill and empty archive information structures.
    Create and change archive information structures.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    This authorization object is also effective for all other actions in the
    area of archiving.
