  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The results confirmation option you have selected does not allow you to
to automatically (in accordance with the valuation of the controlling
characteristic &1) change the status of the conditional characteristics.

    System Response

The controlling characteristic is completed without taking the
    conditional characteristics into consideration.

    How to fix this error?

Switch to a results recording transaction. In this transaction, put the
characteristic in process again and then complete it again. When you are
doing this, do not use any transaction that communicates using the BAPI
modules in results recording, such as the transaction for
    process-oriented results recording.
You can, of course, also decide if a confirmation of the conditional
characteristics is required and then do this yourself.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
