In ERP 600 EhP6, every social service plan (SSP) must be assigned to a
benefit program. Therefore, the application table PSSCD_SXP needs to be
updated by a manual migration run (after the automatic migration run has
been executed).
At least one SSP type exists without any assigned benefit program.
Create your benefit programs in the Customizing activity
<DS:SIMG.V_PSSCC_BPROG>Define Benefit Program</>.
Assign a benefit program to each existing SSP type in the Customizing
activity
<DS:SIMG.V_PSSCC_SXP_TYPE>Maintain CRM Transaction Types as SXP Types
</>.
Execute the program RPSSC00_SXPINDEX and select the checkbox '<LS>Update
Benefit Program</>'.
If the error still occurs after executing the manual program run,
analyze the error log or contact SAP support.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
