    You cannot delete an appraisal element if it is still being used in an
    appraisal.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Identify the appraisals in which the appraisal element is used. You can
    use the <ls>Reporting Options for Appraisals</> to do this (select the
    <ls>More selection criteria</> option).

    Management -> Personnel Development -> Appraisal Systems -> Reporting
    Options for Appraisals</>).
    Delete the appraisals.
    Delete the appraisal element from the appraisal catalog.
