What causes this issue?

On creation of a production confirmation for order &V2&, a new reporting
point version must be generated for the confirmation, as no active
version exists for the internal key &V3&.
The version description is however locked by user &V1&.

System Response

The confirmation cannot be executed at present.

How to fix this error?

Create the confirmation again.
