    For the list item &V1& (&V2&) in &V3&, the target value for the
    probability of occurrence was determined from the valuation proposal of
    the respective valuation profile because the corresponding actual value
    could not be determined.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

    If an actual value was determined for the probability of occurrence, but
    not a target value because of preventive actions that were not yet
    confirmed, the target value is the same as the actual value. If,
    however, no actual value was determined for the probability of
    occurrence, the valuation proposal for the valuation profile assigned to
    the list type of the list item is taken as the target value.
